Chad Edwards
Chad Edwards has more than 15 years of experience working as a licensed commercial real estate appraiser. Through the years, working with his wife, Jenn, he developed a passion for residential real estate and helping people find the right fit for their family. In 2021, he made the shift to residential real estate, and began working with the Maximum Realty team.
As a Leadership Forsyth alumni, Chad is a dedicated local leader, with a passion for building strong communities and serving others.
Chad is an avid adventurer, and loves being outdoors with Jenn and their three sons. He can often be found coaching his son’s soccer team, and cheering for his alma mater, the University of Georgia Bulldogs.
Family Matters
The extended Edwards team includes Chad’s wife, Jenn Edwards, and their 3 young boys. Jenn is an award-winning designer, and marketing leader. Together they provide a comprehensive and complementary skillset to customers.
Faith and family are important, and the Edwards family can often be found outdoors and enjoying time with friends, family, and neighbors.
